金茂凯德律所亮相2023年中国国际服务贸易交易会

2023年9月2日，以“开放引领发展 合作共赢未来”为年度主题的2023年中国国际服务贸易交易会在京隆重开幕，国家主席习近平以视频方式在全球服务贸易峰会上致辞，提出扩大电信、旅游、法律等领域对外开放。服贸会和进博会及广交会等“三会”是我国对外贸易的三大平台，也是北、上、广三大国家级交易平台。

本届服贸会主宾国英国组建了参展以来最大规模的展团。来自51个国家、24个国际组织设展，2400多家企业线下参展，500多家世界500强企业和行业龙头企业参展，整体国际化率超过20%。服贸会设立综合展和专题展，在国家会议中心和首钢园等地设会场。

连续三年设法律服务专题展，金茂凯德入选参展

本届服贸会首次举办在首钢园设立供应链与商务服务展览，上海金茂凯德律师事务所等30多家律师机构入选参展，展示金茂凯德律师积极参与中外法律服务交流与合作的成果。三年来，中央领导同志、司法部领导、中华全国律师协会领导多次视察展台，关爱法律行业服务贸易发展。自2021年服贸会首次设立法律服务专题展以来，金茂凯德律所连续三年参展，与参展知名律所和著名仲裁机构切磋交流，为有需求的中外企业现场公益解惑，为展区受众提供前沿法律知识解读演讲，受到好评。

2012年结缘首届京交会，金茂凯德律所常年参会

中国国际服务贸易交易会由2012年创设的京交会发展而来，自创设以来，金茂凯德律所就加入了参会者的行列。从参加上海日活动到首次开设的法律服务展区活动，金茂凯德一直关注服务贸易，参与服务贸易，融入服务贸易。我国服务贸易规模稳居全球第二。2013年，国家商务部《国际商报》首次举办最具活力服务贸易企业50强评选活动，金茂凯德律所成功入选，一个侧面彰显了法律服务机构作为服务贸易行业重要组成部分在经济发展中的积极作用。

Jin Mao Partners Presented at the 2023 China International Fair for Trade in Services

On September 2, 2023, the China International Fair for Trade in Services 2023, with the annual theme of "Openness Leads Development, Cooperation and Win-win Future", was grandly opened in Beijing. President Xi Jinping delivered a speech at the Global Services Trade Summit by video, propose to expand the opening up of telecommunications, tourism, legal and other fields to the outside world.

The "three meetings" such as the Service Trade Fair, the Import Expo and the Canton Fair are the three major platforms for Chinese foreign trade, as well as the three national trading platforms for Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.

The United Kingdom, the guest of honor of this service trade fair, has set up the largest exhibition group since the exhibition. From 51 countries and 24 international organizations, more than 2400 enterprises participated in the exhibition offline, more than 500 top 500 enterprises and leading enterprises in the industry participated in the exhibition, and the overall internationalization rate exceeded 20%. The service trade fair will set up comprehensive exhibitions and special exhibitions, with venues in the National Convention Center and Shougang Park.

Jin Mao Partners presented at the CIFTIS special exhibition booth for three consecutive years

For the first time, an exhibition on supply chain and business services was held in Shougang Park. More than 30 law firms, including Jin Mao Partners, were selected to participate in the exhibition, demonstrating the achievements of Jin Mao Partners in actively participating in the exchange and cooperation of legal services between China and foreign countries. Over the past three years, leading comrades of the Central Committee, the Ministry of Justice and the All-China Lawyers Association have visited the exhibition stand many times to care for the development of service trade in the legal industry.

Since the first special exhibition on legal services was set up at the 2021 Service Trade Fair, Jin Mao Partners has been participating in the exhibition for three consecutive years, discussing and exchanging with well-known law firms and arbitration institutions participating in the exhibition, providing on-site public welfare puzzles for Chinese and foreign enterprises in need, and providing cutting-edge legal knowledge interpretation speeches for the audience in the exhibition area, which has been well received.

The China International Fair for Trade in Services is developed from the Beijing Fair, which was established in 2012. Jin Mao Partners has been one of the participants since the establishment of CIFTIS. From participating in Shanghai Day activities to the first legal service exhibition, Jin Mao Partners has been paying attention to service trade, participating in service trade, and integrating into trade in services.

The volume of Chinese trade in services ranks second in the world. In 2013, International Business Daily of the Ministry of Commerce held the selection of the top 50 most dynamic service trade enterprises for the first time, and Jin Mao Partners was successfully selected. This highlights the active role of legal service institutions in economic development as an important part of the service trade industry.
